» Scheduled Maintenance – Records periodic maintenance for parcels overseen by the provider. Included are type of maintenance, frequency, dates of service, and future service dates.
» Work Orders – Records work orders types for parcels. A summary screen, a detailed screen, and an assignment screen are available. The detailed screen displays descriptions of the work including contact person and dates. The assignment screen allows the user to keep track of the work and the actions taken to resolve the problem.
» Work Order Reports – An Ad Hoc report in which the user can create their own reports which retrieve selected fields from the various Work Order screens.
» Client Complaints- Records client complaints about conditions at parcels. The complaint, dates, and comments can be entered.
