Protective Service Programs
Protective Services provides guardianship services to homebound clients who cannot come to the agency for service.

» Hotline: Initial Agency Contact. Worker records Demographics and Presenting Problem and referral to case manager

» Case Management: Entry of detailed client information and development of Action Plan to address client issues. Referral to agencies to address client problems.

» Guardianship Accounting: Agency receives client income, pays expenses and handles all financial matters for the client.
