Homeless Shelter Programs
The Shelter Services module allows the provider to manage inflow and attendance at their facilities. Capabilities include monitoring client inflow, recording attendance, creating and modifying units, and shelter reports over various time periods

» Attendance Screen: Daily display of clients entering facility and assigned units. Check off to show attendance or non attendance reasons. Programming for automatic case closing as per provider requirements.

» Unit Assignment: Display screen showing all facility units, clients occupying the units, and whether unit is occupied or vacant. A Bed Sheet Report can be printed from this screen to be used as a manual attendance sheet for computer entry at a later time..

» Unit Maintenance: Allows administrators to add, modify, or delete units at the facility.
